We have upgraded our online ticketing experience to make your ticket purchases seamless (and painless). You no longer need a special login or user name or password, just your Museum membership card.
If your membership card has a bar code, you’ll see your MEMBER CARD NUMBER under your name:

To buy tickets online or RSVP to events, you will use your MEMBER CARD NUMBER and PRIMARY MEMBER’S LAST NAME (as it appears on the card) when you click “buy member tickets”:
If you cannot locate your MEMBER CARD NUMBER or if you encounter difficulties logging in, please submit this form and a member of our team will respond to your inquiry within 1 business day.
So that we can communicate more effectively and meet your needs as a member, please note that many Museum events, even free ones, will be ticketed events.
