Our special exhibition, The Woman Who Broke Boundaries: Photographer Lee Miller surveys the work of groundbreaking female photographer Lee Miller, an eyewitness to some of the most extraordinary moments of the 20th century and confidante of many influential artists.
Aimé Césaire: Poetry, Surrealism and Négritude
This special exhibition explores the rich world of Aimé Césaire, poet and politician from the French Caribbean island of Martinique. Featuring selections from his powerful poems, this exhibit focuses on Césaire’s history, his role in the founding of the anti-colonial Négritude movement and his affiliation with Surrealism.
