Greif joined The Dalí in 2013 as marketing director and was later promoted to CMO. She has led successful and creative marketing efforts for the Museum, including campaigns for such blockbuster exhibits as Warhol, Dali/Picasso, Disney & Dali and the recent Frida Kahlo at The Dalí – the most visited special exhibit in Museum history. Greif led the Museum’s collaboration with San Francisco-based agency, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, to bring the awe-inspiring and globally award-winning Dreams of Dali virtual reality (VR) experience to life. Under Greif’s leadership, Museum attendance grew by more than 50% and the membership base tripled. Now, as chief operating officer, she will spearhead the organization’s annual strategic plan while mobilizing internal workgroups to collaborate effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the Museum’s goals.

“Kathy has been an invaluable resource for the Museum and we know we’ll continue to see great things from her in this new role,” said Hine. “Additionally, we are pleased to welcome Beth to the organization and look forward to her creative input. Together with the rest of our leadership team, they will facilitate growth for the Museum, which comes not only from visitation and membership, but generating support from the community on which we so greatly rely. With recent events such as Hurricane Irma’s impact on visitation to the Museum and our area, we are ever aware of how vital it is to increase our endowment to ensure The Dalí can provide an inspired experience for years to come.”

Beth Bell brings her strong leadership skills in the marketing, digital and creative fields to The Dalí. Over the past 11 years, she has held several positions at HSN, the multi-billion dollar interactive entertainment and lifestyle retailer. Most recently she held the title of director for digital category management, creating digital merchandising strategies and unique brand experiences for the Home categories on hsn.com. Previously, Bell served as a brand marketing director, where she drove marketing strategy and oversaw integrated marketing plans for the Home and Beauty categories. Earlier in her career she held marketing positions in the non-profit sector. Bell has a Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications from Florida State University.
