MOSI at The Dalí

October 9 @ 5:00pm 8:00pm

The Dalí has partnered with the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) to present a monthly series of free, hands-on activities where art and science collide. This month’s theme, Surreal Space and Nebulas, takes inspiration from Salvador Dalí’s cosmic skies and dreamlike visions. Unleash your creativity as you create colorful galaxies, radiant stars and imaginative universes of your own making.

Featured activities include:
Create a Star – Shape and spin a star model with a blow dryer to see how stars form and transform over time.
Nebula Spin Art – Create your own swirling “galaxy” using salad spinners and paint.

Access to the Museum’s ground floor, including the Café, Store and Avant-garden is free and open to the public. Gallery admission is required to access the galleries.

MOSI is the intersection of science, technology and innovation in the Tampa Bay region where conversations and learning happen, knowledge is exchanged and new ideas are celebrated.
