Do I have to pay in advance for my group visit?
Yes, we ask for a $50 deposit for all group reservations, which must be paid when reserving your group visit.
Reservations should be made within two weeks of your groups visit to The Dali Museum. Your visit is not confirmed until we've received your deposit. The balance of your payment will be due two days prior to your arrival and is based on the total number of people in your group.
Is my deposit refundable if I have to cancel my group's visit?
Yes. If you cancel at least two weeks prior to your visit date we are happy to refund your deposit. Groups that cancel less than two weeks in advance forfeit their deposits.
When do I confirm my group numbers of attendees?
Within two days of your arrival, your attending numbers must be confirmed and paid in full. We can add to your order, but once your order is confirmed and paid in full, lowering your number is not allowed.
How can I pay for my group?
You can pay by major credit card or by check made payable to The Dali Museum. We are happy to send you an invoice if your organization requires it. Just ask when you're placing your reservation.
How far in advance do I have to schedule my group?
Ideally, we'd like to know about your visit at least two weeks in advance, but the more notice you can give us, the better we'll be able to plan for your visit. We can frequently make arrangements for a group with less than two weeks’ notice as well, so please call Group Sales at 727.623.4708 if you're looking to visit on shorter notice.
Can I get the group discount if I bring my group to the Dali without making a reservation?
No, we are unable to extend our discounted admission to groups that do not make advanced reservations.

Where can I park my car?
Individual cars can park in The Dali Museum lot for $10. There is also the Albert Whitted Park parking lot, various downtown surface lots, downtown street parking or the downtown city parking garage for additional parking. When using these lots, you may take the trolley to The Dali Museum. Parking fees for these lots vary.

Please note: Surface lots in our area are operated by the city of St. Pete, and they may charge for temporary parking in their lots. If you do not choose to pay for your parking at The Dali, we cannot guarantee the availability of parking on the day of your visit.
What can we see when we're at the Dali Museum?
Your group admission includes admission to all of our galleries, including any special exhibitions that are on display when you visit.
