Innovation Labs moves professional learning beyond the ordinary through hands-on, customizable experiences that strengthen creative thinking, collaboration and problem-solving. Are programs customizable?

While all programs are customized, they have different levels of customizability—from choices among a selection of pre-existing modules to customized gallery experiences to a fully bespoke workshop.

How long are the programs?

Innovation Labs vary in length from 60 minutes to multiple days, depending on the client’s learning and organizational objectives.

Do we need to come to the Museum, or will you come to us?

Our space is one of the unique offerings of Innovation Labs, with The Dalí recognized as the only 3-star Michelin cultural attraction in the Southeastern United States. When a visit to the Museum isn’t possible, we’ll bring the experience to you, traveling throughout the U.S. and beyond to deliver Innovation Labs programs wherever your team is located.Virtual Innovation Labs experiences are also available for teams anywhere.

Who leads the sessions?

Sessions are led by our Innovation Labs team, which comprises experts with deep backgrounds in creativity, innovation, education and art. Learn more.

Are sessions interactive?

Yes! Innovation Labs is all about learning by doing. Whether in the galleries, classroom or beyond, our experiences emphasize hands-on activities, collaboration and active participation, giving participants opportunities to engage with new ideas rather than simply hear about them.

Can Innovation Labs complement our existing programs?

Yes. Innovation Labs experiences are designed to be flexible and modular, allowing them to be seamlessly woven into your organization’s existing talent and organizational development programs.

We are coming in from out of town, can you help us find accommodations & activities?

Absolutely. We have strong partnerships with local hotels and restaurants, as well as the Convention & Visitors Bureau and a network of Destination Management Companies who specialize in activities in the area.

Can we make art, too?

Definitely. We believe a hands-on, prototyping mentality can be a powerful approach to creative thinking. Through Solution Labs, we can design bespoke experiences that incorporate art-making, LEGO® Serious Play® methodology and collaborations with artists and creative partners, giving participants opportunities to create, experiment and explore ideas through a variety of media.

Will you help us brainstorm?

Traditionally, we’re hired for our expertise as creativity researchers and facilitators of the creative process, helping your team generate ideas rather than contributing our own. But we also have years of experience working with some of the world’s leading ideators and subject matter experts. If you’d like to tap into our creativity-on-demand capabilities, we’re happy to explore supporting your session as “trained brains” to help move your challenge forward.

Can I sign up as an individual, or do I have to have a group?

We periodically offer open enrollment courses for those interested in pursuing creativity and innovation training on their own. To be the first to receive registration information about these courses, please fill out the inquiry form and indicate your interest in open enrollment courses.

Do you provide catering?

We are in the fortunate position to offer the catering services of our onsite restaurant partner, Café Gala. We offer celebrated Spanish fare as well as an opportunity to customize the menu to your preferred specifications.

What is the cost?

Pricing varies based on factors such as group size, session length, customization, materials and venue needs. Following a brief 15-minute consultation to learn more about your group and goals, we’ll provide a customized proposal with pricing and a draft agenda.
