Skills Labs are our signature creativity and innovation workshops, designed to build the skills behind original thinking and high-performing teams. Grounded in research, each experience strengthens capabilities such as creative problem-solving, perception and observation, communication, collaboration and team dynamics. Drawing on proven frameworks including FourSight®, LEGO® Serious Play®, Visual Thinking Strategies and our own Creativity Canvas, Skills Labs equip individuals and teams with practical techniques and learnable mindsets they can bring back to work and use again and again to drive innovation.
