Los Vinos de Dalí Wine & Food Event Celebrates 5 Years at The Dalí Museum
St. Petersburg, FL (March 23, 2016) – The Dalí proudly hosts its fifth annual signature wine and food tasting, Los Vinos de Dalí, on Sunday April 10th from 4-7pm. Guests will experience a wide variety of both Old World and New World wines – curated to pair with Salvador Dalí’s iconic works, plus gourmet tapas tastings from the area’s top restaurants, and live music in the picturesque setting of The Dalís Avant-garden. Tickets to the event also include access to the Museum’s galleries including the special exhibition Disney & Dalí: Architects of the Imagination.
Co-hosted by Beverly and Carlos Yepes and The Guild at The Dalí, Los Vinos de Dalí presents an exciting variety of wines with a global selection. Mascairelli Wine Co will deliver vintages from California, France, Italy, South Africa, Spain and more to delight the palettes of even the most discerning oenophiles. Some of the top wineries include Collier Falls, producer of limited quantities of hillside estate red wines from 20 acres of their own sustainably-farmed vineyards; and Ty Caton, one of the few exclusively estate producers in Sonoma Valley, California and creators of rich and robust reds along with a small-batch of organically farmed Rieslings.
The culinary offerings at Los Vinos de Dalí are raved about year after year and include some of the best local restaurants. Making a debut at this year’s Los Vinos is Souzou Fusion, St. Pete’s hottest new authentic Asian restaurant in downtown. Other restaurants, to name a few, include Sea Salt, featuring their signature blend of simple ingredients, creative recipes and some of the freshest seafood available; and the iconic Michaels on East, Sarasota’s only AAA Four Diamond Award winning restaurant.
