My membership card expired; do I need a new one?
No. Your existing card will scan at parking and admissions. If you would like a new card, you may request a reprint at the Member Services desk or by emailing email@example.com. A digital card is also available if interested.
If I want a new card, can you reprint?
A new card is not necessary for entry (your existing card will scan at parking and admissions). However, if you would like a new card, we would be happy to reprint for you, and you may pick it up at the Museum upon your next visit. A digital card is also available if interested.
Do I need to reserve an online timed ticket?
As a benefit of membership, you do not need to reserve an online ticket. We are allocating space within our capacity allotment every 30 minutes specifically for members and will do our best to allow entry to the galleries as quickly as we can following your arrival at the Museum. Simply bring your membership card, and proceed to the member line.
What if there is a line for admission? Will I get in?
We will have a separate line for members and will issue a timed ticket upon arrival. We are allocating space within our capacity allotment every 30 minutes specifically for members and will do our best to allow entry to the galleries as quickly as we can following your arrival at the Museum.
How long will I be able to stay in the gallery? Is there a time limit in the gallery?
We have timed the tickets based on expected gallery flow. You should be able to enjoy the galleries at your own pace.
Can I bring a guest with me?
The members-only opening Jun 24-28 is limited to members. After July 1, you may bring a guest with you. July 1-31, we are offering half off for up to 2 guests attending with a member. They do not need to purchase online. Please bring them to the Museum with you, proceed to the member services line, and we’ll process their reduced admission rate and issue an assigned gallery time.
Will there be an opening reception for the new exhibits?
We are honoring members with a special 5-day members-only opening Jun 24-28. Members will have access to both new exhibits before the general public. Due to the CDC and governmental guidelines, we will not be hosting large gatherings at this time. We hope to reinstate special member opportunities in the future if/when the guidelines change.
Will our reciprocal admissions still work with an expired card?
In order to comply with CDC and governmental guidelines, many of our museum partners are reopening with limited capacity just like we are. We are working with each reciprocal partner to ensure admission. If you need a new card prior to visiting a reciprocal museum, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you a digital card.
Is parking included with my membership?
Yes, parking is free, as available, for members visiting the Museum with valid membership card and ID (must have membership at the time of parking).
