The Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg takes place on the city streets near The Dalí. Leading up to, during and immediately following the race, the Museum must adjust our hours, schedule and parking to accommodate the construction of the track and the race. If you’re planning to visit the Museum between March 4, 2024, through March 13, 2024, see below for details specific to the timeframe you’re planning to visit.

The Museum is open 10am-6pm (last ticket sold at 4:30pm).
Our parking lot is closed but there is free parking at Tropicana Field Lot #9 with shuttle access to the Museum. In addition to riding the shuttle, you may find your own convenient parking/transportation and follow signs to The Dalí; there are various city garages and street parking available throughout downtown.

Walking to The Dalí during race construction?
- Make your way to 6th Ave South from 2nd Street South or 3rd Street
- Avoid 1st Street South until you are close to the Museum
- From 6th Ave South, approach 1st St South and look for The Dalí Museum wayfinding signs to guide you through the Grand Prix staging area to the Museum’s entry

I have a timed ticket. Where is the shuttle?
Guests may park for free at Tropicana Field Lot #9 and use our free shuttle service.

What time do I need to arrive at Tropicana lot?
A free shuttle is included with all pre-purchased tickets. Please arrive at Tropicana Field (Lot #9) at least 30 minutes prior to your ticket time, especially if you have a Dalí Alive 360° showtime. Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes to/from the Museum (the ride is approximately 15 minutes).

I already purchased my timed ticket. Am I required to ride the shuttle?
No. However, both the Tropicana parking and shuttle are free and included with your pre-purchased ticket. If you prefer to find your own parking, keep in mind that there is construction and road closures around The Dalí. Once parked, follow the signs to The Dalí and plan to arrive at your assigned entry time.
I already purchased my Dalí Alive 360° time ticket. What time should I arrive?
Please be sure to arrive with plenty of time before your showtime. Arrive at least 30 minutes early if you plan to take the shuttle from Tropicana Lot #9.
Does the shuttle cost money?
No. The shuttle is free and available to all.
Does parking at Tropicana Lot 9 cost money?
No. Parking is free at Tropicana Lot #9 and available to all.
How often do the shuttles run?
Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes to/from the Museum (the ride is approximately 15 minutes).

I don’t have a pre-purchased Gallery Admission ticket. Can I come to The Dalí?
Walk-ups are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis. There is construction and road closures around The Dalí and the Museum parking lot is closed. Find convenient nearby parking and follow the signs to The Dalí. You may also ride the shuttle, but priority access will be given to those who pre-purchased tickets.
I don’t have a pre-purchased Dalí Alive 360° ticket. Can I purchase on-site?
Dalí Alive 360° walk-ups are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you plan to purchase a ticket for the experience on-site, be sure to arrive with plenty of time before your showtime to account for construction, road/parking lot closures and shuttle times.
If I walk-up, will I have to wait to get in?
Ticket allotment is on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate the earliest available entry time upon your arrival.
I plan to buy my ticket on-site. Can I ride the shuttle?
Those who have pre-purchased an online timed ticket are guaranteed a ride on the shuttle. Walk-ups will be allowed on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend finding convenient nearby parking and following the signs to The Dalí.
I need wheelchair access. Can I get to The Dalí?
All permanent public, on-street accessible spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. City garages, the University of South Florida (USF) garage and Tropicana Field provide accessible parking at the prevailing rate. The USF garage is recommended for those with limited mobility wishing to enter the 5th Avenue S. gate (Gate 5), and the South Core garage is recommended for those wishing to enter the 1st Avenue S. gate (Gate 1). The Looper is also wheelchair accessible.
