By checking this box, I hereby agree with the following statements of commitment to the Fashion Design at The Dalí program. If my application is approved, I will attend each session of the program. I will arrange for my own transportation and arrive on to each meeting no later than 10am and leave no later than 1pm. I will attend the opening of the fashion exhibit and help with the installation. I will work to represent the Fashion Design at The Dalí program to the best of my abilities. I understand failure to adhere to these promises may result in my removal from the program or affect my application to future Dalí programs. If your application is approved, you will be notified of your admittance to the program by Friday, September 4. If additional spots become available, late acceptances will be announced Wednesday, September 9.*
