Debbie Garrett

Artist, filmmaker, educator, and Healing Touch Level 3 Practitioner Debbie Garrett brings a multidisciplinary background to this Neurographica-inspired art experience, which blends creative expression with energy-based healing. Participants engage in neurographic drawing and painting alongside grounding and centering practices associated with hara alignment, a Healing Touch approach that emphasizes balance in the body’s core energy center. Together, these elements support a sense of presence, balance, and creative flow, offering a full-bodied experience of art and healing. Each participant will receive a canvas and drawing and painting materials to take home. Rooted in the Neurographic Method developed by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev in 2014, the process draws on the natural human impulse to doodle or scribble, engaging the right side of the brain, enhancing focus, quieting mental chatter, and encouraging creative flow through curves, lines, and color.
