Join us for our Flavors of Spain Dinner Series at The Dalí, which features delicacies in partnership with chefs from around Tampa Bay. The third installment of the series is specially curated experience with Chef Rob Reinsmith of Wild Child.

This exclusive event offers a rare opportunity to indulge in the artistry of food, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients inspired by Dalí’s homeland, perfectly paired with signature cocktails and select wines.

Guests will also have the chance to explore our special exhibition, Outside In: New Murals Inspired by Dalí, while enjoying live entertainment and more, all within the stunning backdrop of the Museum.

Chef Rob Reinsmith’s culinary roots trace back to New York, where early kitchen experiences sparked his passion for bold, expressive flavors. Drawing inspiration from his time at Michelin-starred restaurants and his Florida home, he blends global coastal influences with local ingredients. At Wild Child, a vibrant bistro in St. Pete’s Grand Central District, Chef Reinsmith crafts dishes that echo the sun-soaked spirit of the Gulf—where seasonal menus, tropical notes and creative flair come together in every thoughtfully plated bite.
