Join us for our Flavors of Spain Dinner Series at The Dalí, which features delicacies in partnership with chefs from around Tampa Bay. The first installment of the series is a unique, multi-course dining experience with Chef Josh Werksman of the The Tampa EDITION‘s Michelin-starred restaurant, Lilac—a one-night-only, limited-seating event.

As Dalí suggests, food is more than sustenance—it’s a connection to culture, history and the senses. The delicious evening will take you on a culinary journey through Spain, celebrating the vibrant flavors of its diverse regions with a carefully curated menu crafted to honor Dalí’s home country and its rich gastronomic traditions.

This exclusive event offers a rare opportunity to indulge in the artistry of food, paired with specially selected drinks, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of our award-winning Museum.

Chef Josh Werksman‘s journey began in Syracuse, NY, where he first witnessed the joy food brings to gatherings. Pulling from his Danish roots and global travels, he embraces a farm-to-table philosophy, crafting dishes that celebrate seasonal ingredients. With experience in kitchens worldwide, Chef Werksman brings a unique perspective to every plate at Lilac, a Michelin-starred, coastal Mediterranean restaurant within The Tampa EDITION hotel–where dishes with distinctive, seasonal, locally sourced flavors are served in an exquisite range of bold tableside preparations to delicate plated creations.
