Conversation: The New Fondation Giacometti Building

November 13 @ 11:00am 12:00pm

Join curator Émilie Bouvard and Hank Hine, executive director of The Dalí Museum, in conversation as they discuss the Fondation Giacometti’s new home: the historic Esplanade des Invalides building. Opening in 2026, it will become the Giacometti Museum and School, a groundbreaking institution. Designed by internationally renowned architect Dominique Perrault, the 6,000 m² space will house the world’s largest collection of Giacometti’s work—nearly 10,000 pieces most never before on public display.

This ambitious project will bring together a museum, multidisciplinary exhibition spaces and an innovative art school open to all, creating a dynamic hub for dialogue between the public, artists and creative expression in the heart of Paris. This conversation offers The Dalí Museum community much to consider as we look ahead to our own expansion in the coming years.

Location: The Dalí Museum’s Will Raymund Theater
This event is free with limited capacity. An event ticket is required for entry.

Gallery access is not included.
