The Guild at The Dali was founded in 2010 by a group of supporters committed to raising awareness of the Museum in our local and global communities and to encouraging engagement. By 2011, there were over one hundred interested members, an executive committee was formed and bylaws created.
The mission of The Guild at The Dali is to build active, sustainable communities of support around the Museum, its initiatives and enterprises. The Guild raises funds, enlists and educates supporters and serves the Museum as knowledgeable and committed ambassadors.
The Guild has four committees: Fundraising, Education, Membership, and Travel. The Guild hosts two major fundraisers a year, creates and enjoys educational presentations on Dali’s work and the culture that informed his work, develops and enjoys exclusive travel opportunities, and builds camaraderie around the common interest in and support of The Dali.
