Solutions Labs are Dali-inspired, creativity-driven workshop experiences in service of addressing a specific goal, wish or challenge.
How it works:
We work with you in advance of the workshop to gather data and establish the scope, flow and deliverables, as well as define a logistics plan to bring your participants to the Museum. We draw insight from the most prominent and research-validated, creative thinking methods from around the world and offer a set of highly specialized, proprietary, Dali-inspired creative thinking techniques.
Creative Problem Solving (Osborn-Parnes CPS, the most-researched, flexible and robust of the deliberate creativity approaches)
Design Thinking (popularized by Stanford and IDEO and great for generating concepts and prototypes of new products and services)
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (a hands-on, fun, build-first approach to thinking)
Dali / Surrealist Methods (our custom-designed, visually-inspired, imagination-driven tools for unlocking fresh perspectives)
What you’ll gain:
Delve deeper into critical issues, resolve them faster and without bias
Participants leave with positive feelings, stronger cohesiveness, a sense of accomplishment, and a renewed belief in the team.
Keeps participants on track toward their objective
Creates safe and energized space for new and exciting conversations
Offsite, team-building experience
Positive psychological climate for creative collaboration
Informative/educational techniques to bring back to your company
We offer documentation and preparation of meeting deliverable services to capture and organize the outcomes of session (images, new ideas/tactics/strategies, new decisions made, action plans created).
We can also offer:
