Planned Giving

Create a lasting legacy with planned giving

With Planned Giving you enjoy a wide variety of tax benefits while giving back to The Dalí.

Let us help you tailor your charitable gift to your financial, tax or estate planning objectives. We would like to give you a FREE Estate Planning Guide. This helpful information may enable you to successfully plan your estate and avoid an accidental disinheritance. Then plan to use our Estate Planning Guide to record your family information and your estate distribution plans.

Please email development@thedali.org to request your Estate Planning Guide.

Other Ways to Give

IRA Gifts
If you are 70½ or older, you can make a contribution of up to $100,000 annually from your IRA account to support the mission of The Dalí and potentially receive a tax benefit.

A donation transferred directly from your IRA administrator to The Dalí is generally not considered taxable income on your federal income tax return, but it does count toward your required minimum distribution. As always, please consult your advisors with our Tax ID # 59-2015192 to determine if this type of gift is right for you.

From your Donor Advised Fund
A donor advised fund (DAF) is a type of charitable investment account that provides an immediate tax benefit to you, and allows you to recommend grants to charities of your choice over time.

Granting to The Dalí through your DAF is simple and easy. You can recommend a gift to The Dalí today, or on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually) to support our programs. Clients of Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, and BNY Mellon can easily make a recommendation through the DAF Direct

Make your Donation Go Twice as Far
Did you know that many companies match donations made by their employees to our organization? Check here to see if your employer will match your donation.

Your tax-deductible gift to The Dalí Museum (EIN: 59-2015192), in any amount, makes a difference. Thank you for your continued support. For more information, contact Development@TheDali.org . Contributions are tax deductible within the limits prescribed by law.

If someday I may die, though it is unlikely, I hope the people in the cafés will say, ‘Dalí has died, but not entirely.’ – Salvador Dalí
