In conjunction with our exhibit Picasso and the Allure of the South, and Austin Ventola’s recently published work, “Geometrica,” we invite you to see the world through a new lens during a one-night Picasso-themed workshop. All ages are welcome. You’ll learn to use novel techniques in art and design to create and assemble a collaborative Picasso-esque portrait focusing on geometry, form, and abstraction. Participants will leave with their very own unique work of art.

This special event will be led by Austin Ventola, a local designer in the St. Pete area who specializes in geometric design. Meet the designer and learn about his recently published work, creative process, and insider techniques!

Location: The Dalí Museum Raymond James Community Room

Austin Ventola is a multidisciplinary designer in the local area. His inspirations range from the overlooked to the captivating. He specializes in geometric design and is skilled in publication design, digital marketing, illustration, graphic design, UI/UX, and product design. Currently he works for Modern Campus out of sunny downtown St. Pete.
