The Dalí Museum Innovation Labs offers one-of-a-kind programs that carefully combine more than 60 years of psychology and management research on creativity, creative problem solving, and innovation, infused with Dali’s philosophy and methods to unlock a team’s true untapped creative potential.

NEW! Creative Problem Solving Boot Camp,  1-day Course

A 2015 Bloomberg study produced a skill desirability and commonality index which listed creative problem solving as one of the most desirable and hardest to find skills that employers and other leaders seek out. In this new one-day boot camp, The Dalí’s Innovation Labs invites you to join our open-enrollment creativity masterclass within the inspiring surroundings of The Dalí, and stay for a complimentary cocktail reception and gallery experience.

In this hands-on, high-impact learning format, participants will learn the tools and methods used by the top business schools in the world to instruct and facilitate the creative problem solving process. Led by seasoned creative problem solving practitioners Nathan Schwagler and Dr. Hank Hine, this course will boost your comfort and capability with creative thinking and creative problem solving in the workplace.

In this course, you will:
Experience and apply a creative problem solving process
Discover new tools and techniques for generating, evaluating, and positioning new ideas
Meet uncertainty with flexibility and practice letting go

Specifically, you will learn how to:
Clarify and reframe problems
Strengthen your ideation game
Develop raw ideas into solutions
Plan for the implementation of a creative idea

You will leave with:
Creative thinking tools
A framework and process for creative problem solving in any situation
New connections
An orientation to The Dalí and a curated gallery experience

Who should attend:
This course is a perfect fit for anyone who solves problems in their day to day life and would like to be better at it. In this course, the instructors will demonstrate the tools, techniques, and frameworks that drive the creative problem solving process, and participants will then immediately apply those insights to their own challenge.

The course cost includes: full-day course, workbook and materials, continental breakfast, lunch buffet, snacks & beverage service and a complimentary cocktail and tapas reception and evening gallery access.
