The Dali Museum Innovation Labs offers unique programs that carefully combine more than 60 years of psychology and management research on creativity, creative problem solving, and innovation, infused with Dali’s art, philosophy and methods to unlock creative potential.
Creative Problem Solving Boot Camp, 1-day Course
Numerous national and global studies list creative problem solving as both a desirable and hard to find skill—one that is in high demand among employers. In this one-day boot camp, The Dali’s Innovation Labs invites you to join our open-enrollment creativity master class within the inspiring surroundings of The Dali.
A true Creative Problem Solving 101, this course serves as an introduction to the tools and methods used by the top creativity scholars and practitioners in the world to boost creative problem solving skills and confidence. This course will ensure that you feel both comfortable and capable with creative thinking procedures and creative problem solving in the workplace.
If you attend, you will:
Learn the most effective steps of the creative problem solving process and gain practice in applying that knowledge
Discover new tools and techniques for generating, evaluating and implementing new ideas
Specifically, you will learn how to:

Who should attend:
This workshop is a perfect fit for anyone who solves problems in their day-to-day life and who would like to be even better at it. The course is designed to be a 50/50 split between instruction and action-learning, so participants will have an opportunity to immediately apply tools and insights to challenges presented by the facilitators. If you’re responsible for creative thinking in your organization, or if you need to get creative thinking out of individuals and teams you lead or support, then this course is for you.
