Join us for this special streaming installment of our Coffee with a Curator series, where Museum Staff or invited guests speak on a range of Dalí-inspired topics.
Curator of Education Peter Tush presents Diego and Frida: A Visual History. This talk will explore the rich and harrowing journey of one of the most fascinating couples in art history – Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo. The photos of the exhibit will be contextualized with the art they were producing through their three decades together, and the stories of their troubled co-existence as they crossed paths with many of the most important figures from the early 20th century. Visit our YouTube channel at 10:30am to discover the rich world of Diego and Frida.
Diego & Frida: A Visual History is on display in the Raymond James Community Room. This exhibit is on loan from The Consulate of Mexico in Orlando and is made possible by the Museo Casa Estudio Diego Rivera y Frida Kahlo.
