Due to the Grand Prix, March’s Coffee with a Curator will be moved from March 7 to March 21.

Coffee with a Curator is a focused, theme-oriented presentation on a variety of Dali-related topics. The talk is presented by one of The Dali Museum’s Curatorial/Education team or an invited speaker.

Katherine Brion: Questioning Gender with Duchamp
In conjunction with our current exhibition, Dali/Duchamp, we invite you to join us for a talk by Katherine Brion, Assistant Professor of Art History and affiliate of the Gender Studies Program at New College of Florida, who will situate Duchamp’s various challenges to traditional gender roles within the twentieth-century artistic avant-garde, as well as examine the artist’s legacy for subsequent explorations of gender in art and art history.

Cost: Free (parking is free for members as available; $10 parking for non-members)
Location: Raymond James Community Room (overflow seating available in the Will Raymund Theater)

Supported by the City of St. Petersburg Arts and Culture Grant and Cafe Gala.
