Immersion Dinners FAQ

Immersion Dinners FAQ

What's on the menu?

Each chef has created a unique menu, and looks forward to unveiling it the evening of the event. With each dinner varying immensely from the next, we invite you to review the synopses of all 7 unique Immersion Dining experiences here.

I have dietary restrictions, are you able to accommodate them?

A commemorative Immersion Dinner menu, including all courses and wine & beer pairings, will be provided the night of the event. Should you need to decline one of the courses due to dietary restrictions, there will be a multitude of additional courses that will satisfy, delight and tempt the taste buds. However, due to the unique nature of these dining experiences, the chefs are unable to accommodate adjustments to/replacements on their unique menus, including requests for vegetarian, vegan, gluten- or allergen-free substitutions.

Where should I park?

The Dali parking lot will be open, free of charge. Should the lot fill up, please utilize street parking or paid parking garages.

What's the agenda for the evening?

Check in begins at 6:15pm. Your Immersion Dinner experience then starts with an exclusive private viewing of Ferran Adria: The invention of Food, with live music in the gallery and other tasty surprises. Seating for the Immersion Dinner experience will begin promptly at 7:30. Each Dinner’s agenda will vary somewhat, as these are unique experiences, but will conclude no later than approximately 10:30.

How shall I dress?

Casual chic or business attire is recommended. But, it’s your night out at The Dali, so please feel free to express yourself.

Is there a bar?

The chefs will pair distinguished wines by Masciarelli Wine Company with each course and may introduce a select beer pairing with Spanish beers Estrella Damm and Estrella Damm Inedit, which will also be available to guests upon request.

May I choose where I sit?

Seating arrangements are designated ahead of time. If you'd like to sit with friends, please email a request to Celie Dagesse at cdagesse@thedali.org, no later than 10 days prior to your Immersion Dinner.
