Each month, The Dali Museum’s Zodiac Membership Committee hosts members-only special events.
In December, Zodiac Committee member Marie Dillon Jones invites Dali Museum members to enjoy a pre-opening Tour of The James Museum. Due to the intimate nature of this event and limited staffing each group is limited to 20 only people
Be among the first to experience the extraordinary architecture and operations of St. Pete’s next landmark museum during an exclusive pre-opening, behind-the-scenes, “before-the-art”, tour of The James Museum of Western and Wildlife Art. You’ll see the new museum’s 20,000+ square feet of gallery space, the striking double height lobby with water feature, special event space, commercial catering kitchen, the museum store and cafe, as well as all of the offices and spaces required to support and operate a 21st century museum of this scale, all before the museum “goes live” and welcomes their first visitors. Tours will be conducted by Bernice Chu, Interim director of The James Museum.
Scheduled to open in February 2018 The James Museum is yet another milestone project for St. Petersburg’s local arts scene, affirming St. Pete as a sophisticated arts and cultural destination for visitors and residents alike.
