In April 2017, Dali Museum members are invited to experience Caravan Theater Company’s  Nomadic Tempest, the spectacle of four aerial artists gyrating, contorting, dancing, and flying through the sky above the decks of the Amara Zee, the Caravan’s 100ft long theatre ship. Above and around these intrepid but fragile beauties, we shall see a commanding monster… Lord SwallowWart, a belching, grasping, bellowing, galloping alien Beast that came to the Planet as an invited guest and now rules the air, soil and water from its throne on top of the world … 40 ft above the decks of the Amara Zee … smoking and swallowing all above and below! Roving about the earthlings on the shore we see a mysterious narrator/singer …Kanandra… who can foresee the Future but is cursed by SwallowWart so that no one will believe her prophecies … even though she can understand and speak the tongue of all animals on the Planet.

Dali Museum member benefit: prime bleacher seating held until 30 minutes prior to show-time and reduced suggested donation of $15.

Date: April 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8
