Dali & Beyond Film Series: Daliwood at the Palladium Theatre – 6 PM

Thursday, May. 1st, 6:00PM–7:00PM
  • This event has passed.

Daliwood is an annual juried film competition, reception & exhibition of Pinellas and Hillsborough County middle and high school students. This program provides an opportunity to see how, eight decades later, the ideas of Surrealist filmmakers still influence new generations of artists.

This year, the Daliwood Student Reception kicks off the 2014 Sunscreen Film Festival, held at the Palladium Theatre. The 31 short films (each under 4 minutes) will be screened and an award reception will follow with four top honors receiving cash awards. We invite the public to this special event. The event is no charge, held at the Palladium Theatre in St. Petersburg.

Even Dalí appreciated the artistry of football. He also loved a good party. We hope you enjoy #SuperBowlXLIX. http://t.co/PA5wX4fAPJ
