Coffee with a Curator: Dali/Duchamp

Wednesday, Feb. 07, 10:30–11:30am

Coffee with a Curator is a focused, theme-oriented presentation on a variety of Dali-related topics. The talk is presented by one of The Dali Museum’s Curatorial/Education team or an invited speaker.

William Jeffett: Dali/Duchamp
In anticipation of the upcoming exhibition, Dali/Duchamp, Curator of Special Exhibitions, William Jeffett, will discuss the relationship between Salvador Dali and the father of conceptual art, Marcel Duchamp. On the surface, the two artists appear unalike, but this talk and the upcoming exhibit will examine the common ground shared between the artists and their work.

Cost: Free (parking is free for members as available; $10 parking for non-members)
Location: Raymond James Community Room (overflow seating available in the Will Raymund Theater)

Supported by the City of St. Petersburg Arts and Culture Grant and Cafe Gala.
